CLIENT BACKGROUND

Baps-Taps are a Plumbing & Heating service in London and have been trading for over 10 years. Baps-Taps are able to fix any issue with plumbing and heating, with a speciality in boiler repairs and servicing.

BRIEF

Baps-Taps were in need of a website refresh to bring it up to date with current trends and web practices. Most importantly, they were about to roll out a new service care package which needed to accessible online. We redesigned the website, create a printed brochure for their service care and artwork business cards.

RESULTS

Clients have been impressed by the service brochure and the information the website. Baps-Taps have seen an increase of client sign ups because the information the website and the brochures that are taken to meetings. The brochure has inserts that the client can keep and also holds contracts that can be signed and safely contained.
