Zenatti

CLIENT BACKGROUND

Zenatti was first conceptualised in 2010 during its founder, Murt Khan's travels around the world. He found that there was distinct lack of hand hygiene options in the luxury sector. Accelerated by the Covid-19 outbreak in 2020, Zenatti introduced a luxury perfume based hand sanitiser. The product uses natural ingredients that are sustainably sourced, with the aim to redefine hand hygiene to compliment a luxury lifestyle.

BRIEF

Redesign the website to show products more effectively and encourage users to make a purchase and/or learn more about the products. Design email marketing campaign to be sent out to existing customers about the release of new products.

ISSUES

Current website design was not product orientated. Layout didn’t take the user on a journey and navigation wasn’t clear. The opening video on the homepage showed the process of how the product was made but didn’t show the final product. Professional product image underutilised.

SOLUTIONS

Ensure the products were clearly visible upon website entry. Add clear CTA buttons to encourage user to navigate to product pages to make purchases. Ensure clear hierarchy of what Zenatti wants the user to do when visiting the site. Use MailChimp as a tool to send out email marketing campaign.

OUTCOME

Successful redesign of website pages. The products were put above the fold on the website, so they are the first elements seen on the page. The previous site layout had a video of the process but was replaced with two signature products images and video moved to the about us page. Navigation has been given clarity, so user has a clear journey to take. The site is designed to encourage the user to make a purchase or learn more about the product. As potential stockists of the product will visit the site, they are greeted with key quotes from the likes of Vogue, Tatler and Harper’s Bazaar, which helps endorse the product. As a result of the new site and product launch, Zenatti have seen an upturn in online sales and enquiries to stock their products in stores in the UK and abroad.
